Quality Café: Engaging Physicians in Your Improvement Initiatives

Engaging stakeholders – whether patients and family members or those working within the health care system – is a vital component of any quality improvement initiative. Engaging physicians requires unique considerations given their organizational status, time constraints and position as the interface between patients and health care system leaders.

Please join us as we hear from Lawrence Yang about his experiences both as a physician who is passionate about leading quality improvement in his own work and as a key stakeholder in a number of organizationally-led improvement initiatives.
