The Sharing and Learning (SNL) Series is hosted by the Emergency Department Waits and Patient Flow Initiative.

Through this webinar/teleconference series, health care  leaders and providers will:

  • Learn more about the Connected Care Strategy and what’s happening throughout the province
  • Accelerate implementation of Connected Care through use of a Maturity Matrix for Connected Care teams
  • Share and learn what’s being tried and tested across the province
